Today I got the rosette inlay finished on the sound board. I used a dremel tool with a precision router base and circle cutter attachment. I had to do a bit of trial and error and it took several passes at two different diameters to get it perfect, but you can see below how well it came out.

It took three tries to get it right in a scarp piece of MDF:
